5. Property information and verification

Property descriptions, prices, availability, areas, plans, images, approvals, amenities and timelines may be supplied by developers, promoters, owners or other third parties and may change without notice. Users must independently verify all material information, ownership and title, approvals, measurements, specifications, charges and contractual terms before booking, paying or making a property decision.

6. Fees, brokerage and payments

Any professional fee, commission or brokerage payable to Opulence Realcon will be disclosed and agreed separately where applicable. No website statement by itself constitutes a demand for payment. Users should verify the recipient, purpose and supporting documentation before transferring funds and obtain an authorised receipt for every payment.

Unless expressly authorised in writing, Opulence Realcon does not collect a developer’s, promoter’s or property owner’s booking amount, sale consideration, statutory charge or other transaction payment on their behalf.

7. User responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false or unlawful information, impersonate another person, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or reproduce content at scale, or use the website in a manner that infringes another person’s rights or applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The Opulence Realcon name, branding, website design, written content and original materials are owned by or licensed to Opulence Realcon Ventures Pvt Ltd.
